Red Eye Ketchup

This is great served with meats, potatoes, whatever you want! Served in camps in the early West, it's so good, it's still used!

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1  cup ketchup
• 2  teaspoons instant coffee granules
• 1⁄8 teaspoon  dried chipotle powder

Directions

1. In a small saucepan combine the ketchup, coffee crystals, and chipotle chili powder.
2. Cook and stir over medium heat until coffee crystals are dissolved. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
