Red Cabbage - the Only Way to Cook It!

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 medium red cabbage (sliced)
- 300 ml red wine vinegar
- 450 ml water
- 2 tablespoons cranberry jelly
Directions
- Place the sliced cabbage in a pan and add the red wine vinegar and water and bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat after boil and leave to simmer with lid off for 10 minutes.
- Add the cranberry jelly to the cabbage and simmer for another 20 minutes or until the liquid has reduced to coat the cabbage.
- Serve (great with my sticky onion marmalade sausages and cheesy mashed potato bake!).
