Ingredients
- 1 (6 -7 ounce) can red beans (drained)
- 1 large tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Drain the red beans; wash with cold water and place in a bowl.
- Cut the tomato into cubes as large as you like; add to the beans.
- Season with olive oil, salt and black pepper; perhaps it might take some fresh parsley or chopped onion.
