  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the meat and the onions in a large pot.
  3. Drain the meat and add canned vegetables and salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika.
  4. Cook for a few minutes until warmed through.
  5. Pour into a casserole dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Mix all other ingredients together to make cornbread topping.
  8. Pour batter over cheese.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.
