Rebecca's Oatmeal Honey Wheat Bread

Yields: 1 2 pound loaf
Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 cups water
- 1 cup rolled oats (not quick)
- 2 cups white whole wheat flour (King Arthur brand)
- 1 3⁄4 cups white bread flour (King Arthur brand)
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons gluten
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in the above order (or in the the order your bread machine manufacturer recommends).
- I run my machine on "Basic", "Light Crust".
