Really Rich Creamy Cider Sauce for Pork or Meats

  1. Using a medium to low heat.
  2. Add cream to large pan.
  3. Add butter and melt.
  4. Add apple cider, apple cider vinegar, white wine and apple juice.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add apple sauce, salt pepper freshly ground to taste, stock, mustard, tarragon and sage.
  7. Bring to the boil for 20 25 minutes stir continuously then use or store up to one week.
