Really Good Microwave Veggies

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) package frozen vegetables (peas, broccoli, carrots or whatever)
- 1⁄2 cup powdered coffee creamer
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 dash pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
- 1 cup hot water
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Sprinkle over veggies.
- Add hot water.
- Stir well and cook for 8 minutes on Full Power.
- Stir halfway through.
