Directions

  1. take a 2 quart pot and place it on the stove. Add the 2 cups of water. turn the burner on high and bring to a boil.
  2. Turn off the burner and add 2 ice cubes. stir in the 2 ice cubes and 1 cup of sugar.
  3. Add the 4 tea bags and pinch of baking soda (like Arm & Hammer) then let cool completely with a lid or a plate on the pot.
  4. Remove the tea bags without squezing them (squezing only releases the tanic acid and makes the tea have a bitter taste) Pour into a 2 quart pitcher fill on up with cold water.
  5. Put ice in glasses pour in tea and enjoy.
  6. My opinion is it's best served with a large slice of fresh lemon.
  7. The baking soda will make it last in the fridge for about 4 days with out tasting bad.
