Real Simple Magazine Turkey Meatloaf

Found this in Real Simple magazine. They recommend using the 93% lean ground turkey

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs ground turkey
  • 14 cup  breadcrumbs
  • 2  tablespoons milk
  • 2  tablespoons ketchup
  • 1  large egg
  • 12 medium onion, chopped
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine above ingredients and shape into a loaf on a rimmed baking sheet. Top with 1/2 cup ketchup. Bake at 450 degrees until fully cooked, about 45 minutes.
