  1. Heat oil in a sauce pan and add onions.
  2. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Warm the cream in a sauce pan over low heat.
  4. Stir in the grated/shredded cheese and begin stirring.
  5. As the cheese melts add your peppers and seasonings.
  6. Keep stirring until all the cheese is melted and creamy.
