Real Italian Spaghetti Sauce

  1. In a large dutch oven, heat the olive oil.
  2. Add onions& garlic and cook until just beginning to brown.
  3. Add Pork and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add Tomato Puree and Crushed Tomatoes and stir well.
  5. Add spices (add more or less to your liking) and bring to a boil, stirring often, for about 20 minutes Turn heat down to low and simmer for about 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring often.
