Real Corn Cornbread (With Jiffy Mix)

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) boxes  Jiffy cornbread mix
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1 (8 ounce) can  cream-style corn
• 8  ounces sour cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Beat eggs. Blend in milk and sour cream. Add cornbread mix and corn.
3. Bake in greased 9x9x2 dish or in muffin tins for 25 minutes.
