Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberries, fresh and chilled
- 1 1⁄2 cups Chambord raspberry liquor or 1 1⁄2 cups other raspberry liqueur
- 8 (12 ounce) bottles dark lager beer, chilled
- fresh raspberry (to garnish) (optional)
Directions
- Freeze eight 16 oz beer glasses for at least 2 hours.
- In a large pitcher combine 2 cups raspberries and the Chambord.
- Muddle with a wooden spoon or muddler.
- Pour beer over raspberry mixture.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Serve in frosted glasses.
- If desired, thread additional raspberries onto small picks or skewers and place into drinks as a garnish.
