Ingredients
- 1 large bunch cilantro
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 1⁄2 cup grated unsweetened coconut (fresh, dried or frozen)
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons raw sugar
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until they are coarsely chopped and just blended.
- Makes 6 servings.
