Raw Fruit Bars

Yields: 1 dozen

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  sprouted oats
  • 1  cup dates (soaked in water for 1 hour)
  • 1  cup raisins (soaked in water for 1 hour)
  • 1  tablespoon  nutmeg and cinnamon
  • 1  dash  orange juice
  • 1  dash  Anjou pear, bragg amino acid

Directions

  1. Homogenize the entire ingredient until they are smooth. Spread on tray, make it 1/2" thick and dehydrate for 18 hours.
