Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3⁄4 cup raspberries, fresh
Directions
- In a blender combine all ingredients.
- Puree until smooth.
