Raspberry Sauce

Yields: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1⁄4 cup unbleached cane sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions
- Process raspberries and sugar in a blender or processor until smooth.
- Press berries through fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.
- Place berr mixture in saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and stir over medium heat until thickened & bubbling.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
