Raspberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup white flour
- 3⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 10 inches pie crusts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Put the honey, flour and cream in a medium bowl.
- Beat the mixture with a whisk until it is smooth and there are no lumps.
- Gently stir the raspberries into this mixture. Pour the filling into the crust.
- Bake 40 minutes or until set.
- Cool and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
