Raspberry Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 lb fresh sliced peach
- 2 tablespoons tapioca
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1⁄2 tablespoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Mix together flour, milk, sugar and extracts
- Pour at the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Mix together peaches, Raspberries, tapioca and spices put over top of crust.
- Mix together melted butter, brown sugar, honey and oats and put on top of fruit.
- bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
- serve with whipped cream.
