Raspberry Mold

This is from my Mom's recipe cards. I have not tried this. The servings and prep times are estimates.

• Yields: 1 Mold

Ingredients

• 2 (3 ounce) packages  jello raspberry gelatin powder
• 2  cups water, boiling
• 1 (16 ounce) can applesauce
• 1 -2  lb frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
• 1 -2  teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

1. Mix water and Jello together.
2. Add applesauce.
3. Let cool.
4. Add your raspberries.
5. Add your lemon juice.
6. Allow to set.
