Raspberry Fudge Sauce

I haven't tried this yet, but it sure sounds good. I bet this would also make a delicious fondue!

Ready In: 15 mins

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 4  ounces  semisweet chocolate (get the good stuff, Ghirardelli)
  • 14 cup  raspberry liqueur or 14 cup  raspberry juice
  • 14 cup  whipping cream
  • 1  tablespoon light corn syrup

Directions

  1. Combine over low heat until melted.
  2. Serve over ice cream or whatever.
  3. Garnish with whole raspberries.
