Raspberry Crumble Bars

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup butter, cold, cut in small pieces (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint fresh raspberry
- 1⁄2 cup low-sugar raspberry jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F Spray an 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray.
- In a food processor, combine flour, oats and sugar. Pulse a few times to combine.
- Add butter chunks, pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour half of mixture into prepared pan, and press firmly to make bottom crust.
- Spread jam over crust.
- Top with fresh raspberries.
- Sprinkle remaining crust crumbles on top.
- Bake 60 minutes, or until top is golden.
