Ingredients
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1 cup fresh raspberry
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup green grapes or 1 cup red grapes
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup almonds, sliced
Directions
- In 4 parfait glasses, layer apple, raspberries, cottage cheese, grape and raisins.
- Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
