Raspberry Cooler

Yields: 3 quarts
Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh raspberries or 8 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
- 2 cups ice water
Directions
- In lg saucepan, crush berries.
- Stir in sugar, vinegar, and 1/2 cup water.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
- Strain and chill.
- Before serving, mix in the ginger ale and ice water.
- Serve over ice.
