Raspberry Butter

Use on pancakes, muffins or what ever you want.

Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 14 cup  raspberry preserves
  • 1  tablespoon fresh raspberry, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix butter and preserves together.
  2. Add chopped raspberries and mix.
  3. Refrigerate until your ready to serve.
