Raspberry Butter

Ingredients

  • 14 lb unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 12 cup  good  raspberry preserves or 12 cup  non-sweet  raspberry preserves
  • 18 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine the butter, raspberry preserves, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
