Raspberry & Brie Cocktail Sandwiches

given to me by my aunt rosie.

Ready In: 20 mins

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1  loaf  rye bread (whole, round loaf, not sliced)
  • 1  brie round
  • 12 cup  seedless  raspberry jelly or 12 cup  preserves
  • 14 cup  sliced almonds

Directions

  1. cut center out of bread, but do not cut out bottom. Insert brie. Spoon jam over cheese. Sprinkle on almonds. Bake at 275 until cheese is melted. Cube bread that was removed from center of loaf. Serve with cubed bread.
