Randy's Whacky Wings

This was inspired by several recipes I found on Zaar. Even though I love Buffalo Wings, I wanted something a little different this time, so I came up with this, using what I had on hand....hope you like it, too!!! Prep time does NOT include marinading time. Show more

Yields: 18-24 wings

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
  2. Place wing sections in a 1 gallon Zip Lock bag.
  3. Pour sauce over wings in bag & cover wings completely.
  4. Close bag, removing as much air as possible.
  5. Refridgerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  6. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°.
  7. Spray a 11 X 16 jelly roll pan w/ cooking spray (or line w/ parchment paper).
  8. Place wings on pan one at time so they aren't touching, -- DON'T just "dump " them on!
  9. Discard any remaing sauce.
  10. Bake on center rack for 50-60 minutes turning halfway, being careful not to burn.
  11. Remove from oven & let set for 5-10 minutes.
