Rancho Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese or 1⁄2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a large bowl with a wisk.
- Gently stir in cheese.
- Put in air tight jar or container and chill for three hours.
- Serve over lettuce wedges or your favorite greens.
