Ranch-Style Mock Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, washed and broken into florets (about 4 C)
- 1 cup light ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place florets into a steamer and cook for about 20 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the mixture reaches the consistency of mashed potatoes.
