Ranch Dressing

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 limes, juice of
- 2 tablespoons rice wine or 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs (dried)
Directions
- I use a rasp to puree the garlic, but you can use a garlic press.
- Mix all ingredients and chill in the refrigerator before use.
- The flavour improves with time.
