Ranch Chicken

I have never tried coating chicken in Ranch dressing and found this to be surprisingly tasty.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 4  boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1⁄4 cup  ranch salad dressing
• 3⁄4 cup  breadcrumbs
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley
•  oil

Directions

1. Mix bread crumbs and spices.
2. Dip chicken pieces in salad dressing, then in bread crumbs.
3. Cook chicken in a little oil over medium-high heat until outside is a golden brown and no longer pink, turning only once.
4. Can also be done in oven.
