Ramped up Beer Bread

Yields: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups self rising flour
- 12 ounces room temperature beer (I've used Yeungling, Coors Light, and Bud)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄4 cup ramps, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, and ramps.
- Add beer, and quickly stir ingredients together.
- Pour into pan, and then pour the melted butter over the top.
- Cook for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
