Ingredients
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 3 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 3 teaspoons crushed ginger
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (400 g) tins kidney beans (rinsed)
- 2 (400 g) cans black beans (rinsed)
- 1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (400 g) can indian tomatoes
- 75 ml cream
Directions
- Fry onions in oil until starting to brown.
- Add garlic and ginger.
- Add spices.
- Add beans and tomatoes.
- Simmer 30 mins.
- Stir cream through just prior to serving.
