Ingredients
- 10 medium mung dal
- 500 g curds
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
- 1 cup tamarind chutney
- 3 coriander leaves, finely chopped
Directions
- Soak moong-dal vada for 4-5 hours.
- While serving, squeeze out the water.
- Put it in a serving plate.
- Beat the curd along with sugar and pour over the vadas.
- Also pour the tamarind chutney and sprinkle all the masala to taste.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
