Raisiny Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup natural bran
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup molasses
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven 400°F.
- Mix oil, milk, eggs, sugar and molasses together.
- Mix in bran.
- Mix flour, baking soda and powder & salt.
- Add dry to wet ingredients and mix together.
- Add raisins.
- Line muffin tins with muffin liners or spray with Pam.
- Cook for approx 15 minutes, until tops spring when touched.
- Cool on wire racks.
