Raisin Sundaes

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup light raisins
- 1⁄2 cup cold water
- 1⁄3 cup rum
- 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons butter
- vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Soak raisins in mixture of water and rum until plump, about 5 minutes.
- Mix brown sugar and cornstarch; add to raisin-rum mixture.
- Cook and stir until bubbly.
- Add butter.
- To serve, spoon over ice cream.
