Raisin Sauce for Ham

Ingredients
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 3⁄4 cups water
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1⁄4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- Boil raisins and water 5 minutes.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add to raisin mixture.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Stir in butter and vinegar.
