Raisin Sauce for Ham

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup apple juice (or cider)
- 1⁄2 cup seedless raisin
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Blend in apple juice; stir until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thick. Add raisins; cook 10 minutes to plump raisins. Just before serving, stir in butter.
