Raisin Sauce for Ham

This is great with ham for dinner. If you serve over white rice it tastes like rice pudding.

  1. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Blend in apple juice; stir until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thick. Add raisins; cook 10 minutes to plump raisins. Just before serving, stir in butter.
