Raisin, Nut and Date Squares

This is what you would call a relatively "healthy" square - makes cheating a little bit easier.

Directions

  1. Mix base ingredients well.
  2. Pat into 20*20 cm greased tin.
  3. Bake 175 C for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. In the meantime, mix topping ingredients.
  5. Pour over baked crust.
  6. Bake 175 C for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares when cool.
