Raisin Filling

Yields: 1 2 layer cake
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup raisins
Add
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- black walnut
Directions
- Cook first five ingredients until thickened, then add butter, vanilla, and black walnuts.
- Use as filling between layers of cake.
