Raisin Bread

This recipe is my version of several recipes and has always been baked in a Cuisinart Convection Bread Maker. The amount of cinnamon can be lessened or increased to taste.

• Yields: 10 slices

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup milk
• 1  egg
• 3  tablespoons  soft butter
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1  teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2  cups white bread flour
• 1⁄2 cup whole wheat bread flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
• 2⁄3 cup  dry raisins

Directions

1. Ingredients should be room temperature.
2. Beat the egg in the milk first before putting it in the machine.
3. The ingredients are listed in order to put into machine.
4. Menu #1 White.
5. Loaf Size 1.5 lb.
6. Crust Light.
7. Time 3.0.
8. Mix In Beep LED 2:40 Put in raisins.
9. Remove Paddle Beep LED 1:35.
