- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups white bread flour
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat bread flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 2⁄3 cup dry raisins
Directions
- Ingredients should be room temperature.
- Beat the egg in the milk first before putting it in the machine.
- The ingredients are listed in order to put into machine.
- Menu #1 White.
- Loaf Size 1.5 lb.
- Crust Light.
- Time 3.0.
- Mix In Beep LED 2:40 Put in raisins.
- Remove Paddle Beep LED 1:35.
