Rainwater's Thanksgiving Creamed Corn

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh corn kernels (or frozen)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except butter and flour. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix together the flour and the butter in small sauce pan. Heat slowly and stir until smooth. Add to simmering corn. Mix well, allowing mixture to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
