Railroad Coleslaw

Yields: 3 cups approx.
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1⁄4 cup minced green pepper
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
Directions
- In large bowl place cabbage, onion and green pepper; toss to combine.
- Sprinkle the sugar over the top.
- Bring remaining ingredients to a boil; simmer 2 minutes.
- Pour over cabbage mixture.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Toss before serving.
