Radish Green Soup

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch radish greens
- 1 cup chicken or 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 small potato, sliced thinly (optional)
- salt, pepper, and cayenne
Directions
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, then add radish greens to wilt.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add 1 cup broth and simmer for a few minutes. (optional: add potato to simmer).
- Purée in blender.
- Season with cayenne and ground pepper.
