Radish and Pink Grapefruit Salad

I found this in the Food and Drink Magazine. It's simple, easy and delicious! The trick is to slice your radishes very thinly, so they almost look shaved. Show more

  1. Peel the grapefruit and cut into sections over a bowl to catch the juice.
  2. This should give you enough juice to make the dressing.
  3. Place the grapefruit sections, green onions, olives and radishes in a salad bowl.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Dressing:
  6. Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
  7. Pour over chilled salad and gently toss.
  8. Serve.
