Guacamole perfect for chips or a sandwich spread!

  1. Peel and mash (or blend in food processor) two avocados. Add and mix diced or pressed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, onion powder, lemon juice. Add diced tomatoes and chill for 2 hours. Enjoy with chips or as a spread on a sandwich or wrap.
