Rachel's Guacamole

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 small tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemons or 2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
- Peel and mash (or blend in food processor) two avocados. Add and mix diced or pressed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, onion powder, lemon juice. Add diced tomatoes and chill for 2 hours. Enjoy with chips or as a spread on a sandwich or wrap.
