Rachel's Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 cup Italian dressing
- 2 cups flour
- canola oil
Directions
- Cut chicken into nugget-size bites and put in a medium bowl.
- Add salad dressing and let it marinate about 15 minutes.
- Add flour until chicken is completely coated.
- Fry nuggets in a skillet with a small amount of canola oil, about 4 minutes per side.
- Serve with rice, peas and carrots, and a salad.
