Racheal's Dill Potato Salad

My sister Racheal makes this potato salad and I just had to get the recipe from her. It is awesome. I don't like mustard potato salad and this one is made with sour cream and mayo for the sauce and requres very few ingredients.

Ingredients

• 7  cups  red potatoes, chopped into 1 1/2 inch pieces
• 8  ounces sour cream
• 4  ounces mayonnaise
• 2  teaspoons  chopped fresh dill
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
•  chives (to garnish)

Directions

1. Boil potatoes until tender.
2. drain and rinse with cold water.
3. Combine all ingredients except chives in a large bowl.
4. Add chives for garnish on top.
5. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
