Racheal's Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 7 cups red potatoes, chopped into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- chives (to garnish)
Directions
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- drain and rinse with cold water.
- Combine all ingredients except chives in a large bowl.
- Add chives for garnish on top.
- Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
