"the Duke's" Baked Beans

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans plain pork and beans (I use Van Camps)
- 1⁄2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 cup blackstrap molasses
- 1⁄2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 cups ketchup
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400f.
- Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 9 casserole dish.
- Cook for one hour and check beans for consistency. Beans should be bubbling, but thick. Cook up to 1.5 hours if necessary.
- Pull from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 - 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
